The IntegraFin Holdings Group (IHP) is looking for for a Risk Analyst to join our Group Risk Management (GpRM) function. The team is going through an exciting period of growth as the business continues to develop, working to enhance the IHP Group Risk Management Policy and Framework as well as risk management reporting and this is a new role to enhance the existing team.

The GpRM team is responsible for coordinating all risk management activities within the business, from developing, maintaining and enhancing the Group Risk Management Policy and Framework to reporting.

The Role

The Risk Analyst will assist the GpRM Function with managing and developing the processes and strategy of risk management throughout the IHP Group to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the maintenance of effective risk management and reporting
  • Maintain reliable and up-to-date data to support risk monitoring MI and report any risk breaches
  • Assist with the maintenance of risk appetite statements, metrics, trigger points and escalations
  • Support the delivery of risk management reporting requirements to the Audit and Risk Committees and Boards
  • Regular reviews of risk registers with the risk owners
  • Support and assist in production of ad hoc risk and control reviews as well as documenting the discussions concerning the key risk exposures with the business risk owners
  • Assist with timely and accurate production of relevant risk related reporting
  • Maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements influencing the risk agenda of the Group

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years risk management experience within Financial Services. You should have direct experience of delivering and/or supporting key risk management processes including facilitating risk and control self-assessments. We are a collaborative business and so strong communication skills both written and verbal are crucial to success in this role. You should be self-motivated to manage risk tasks or initiatives working on both a team and an individual basis. You must have a good eye for detail with a commitment to delivering continuous improvement. An ability to collate and analyse data in order to form an initial risk management view is also key to the role.

The role is based in our central London office, but hybrid working is supported, with a current expectation of being in the office a minimum of 40% of the time, with additional office presence to support the candidate’s training and development which will be determined with line management.
