- Support the future success of the team and business, particularly in the areas of risk and investments
- 2nd line risk challenges on various projects
- Exposure to all aspects of risk appetite
- Risk oversight - investment risk, financial risk, matching adjustments, etc.
- Thought leadership - research and articles
- Interaction with the 1st line team to provide the necessary support regarding risk management and risk oversight
