Are you an experienced Reward & Recognition Specialist and are you currently looking for a new opportunity? If so, this could be the role for you!

Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading charity that supports adults with learning disabilities, in their search for a Reward & Recognition Specialist!

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct external bench marking on compensation and benefits to ensure the company remains competitive and can engage and retain their people.
  • Ensure the benefits package is fit for purpose and make recommendations and changes where necessary.
  • Manage all third-party relationships with the benefits providers, ensuring the organisation adapts and changes where necessary and remains competitive.
  • Experience of running compensation and benefits programmes in a national charity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing senior level compensation advice and support to the People Team and wider organisation.
  • Year-end compensation planning.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, and a degree or equivalent qualification. You must have the knowledge and demonstrable experience of Hay Job Evaluation process, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
