Do you have a background in Reward, including pensions, healthcare and employee benefits? Are you able to work collaboratively across the business to develop and manage the benefit arrangements whilst building strong relationships with internal stakeholders?

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected business in Merseyside. Covering maternity leave, you'll be managing the employee benefits and reward process for the business - utilising your experience to suggest new ideas and looking for ways to enhance the benefits and rewards process.

The role

  • You'll be reporting to the Head of HR, and you'll be managing the reward and benefits renewal process.
  • You'll be promoting the company benefits across the business, and planning, developing and delivering the annual reward scheme
  • You'll be looking at analysing the current reward and benefit schemes and membership data
  • Looking after the UK benefit portal, as well as broker account management relationships
  • Researching competitive benefits and suggesting new ideas for reward and benefit initiatives
  • Ensuring that all current benefit schemes are compliant with legislation
  • Working on projects with the wider HR team
  • Communicating with all divisions of the business

What experience you'll need for this role?

  • Experience of managing reward and benefits end to end
  • Management experience, able to motivate and engage your team
  • Experience of managing external supplier relationships
  • Able to work under pressure, to deadlines and within a fast paced business
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, gaining credibility and influencing when needed
  • Up to date knowledge of competitor benefits and market trends
  • Strong MS Office experience including excel, powerpoint and confident using systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CIPD qualification desirable
