Robert Walters are currently partnering with an international business based in Slough to assist in recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join them on an interim basis for a period of circa 4 months.

Becoming a pivotal member of the reward team for the interim period you are with the business, your expertise will be pivotal as our client goes through an exciting period of growth.

With an opportunity to shape compensation and benefit structures in the 30+ countries our client works in you will get international exposure whilst in this role.

Responsibilities for this Reward Analyst role include:

- Support to the UK annual benefit renewal process

- Support the renewal and development of our various international benefit and well being programmes

- Key escalation point for benefit queries

- Support the UK Pension scheme

- Understand and drive cross functional projects from start to finish including annual salary review and company bonus payments

- Modelling on analysis of compensation project as and when required

We would love to speak to candidates with the following skillset:

- Degree educated with excellent Excel skills

- Strong presentation skills and able to liaise confidently with a variety of stakeholders both in the U.K and Internationally.

- Solid compensation experience including collection and analysis of competitive data, experience in writing and evaluating job descriptions and recommending solutions

On offer for this Interim Reward Analyst role is a a day rate of £375 - £450 (Umbrella) DOE. Given the urgency of the role, our client would love to speak to individuals who are available on a short notice period.
