Reward Analyst - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working - £45,000 + Fantastic Benefits
We are working with a well established Financial Services business that are seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role would suit someone who has a couple of years Reward experience and is looking to gain experience in a new setting. This could also be suited for someone who has exposure in Payroll & Benefits and is looking to kick start their career in Reward.
About the role
- Aid in the management and enhancement of compensation and benefit programs through precise analysis and reporting.
- Support in ensuring that salary and benefits packages align accurately with the company's brand and strategic positioning, encompassing both expatriate packages and local staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits across the organization.
- Handle general administration tasks related to company benefits.
- Assist in benchmarking salaries and furnishing annual salary review data for senior management.
- Conduct research and analysis of salary and benefits data across various geographical regions.
- Develop familiarity with company pension schemes and contribute to their administration and technical aspects.
- Contribute to the execution of the annual salary review process and the ongoing management of salary and benefits budgets.
- Utilize the HR system to generate management information.
- Offer guidance and structure regarding secondment packages.
- Deliver management information and reports to senior management.
- Analyze and interpret reports, technical data, and contractual obligations.
