The Opportunity

Investigo are delighted to be partnering with this long standing, public sector organisation as they go through an exciting period of change and modernisation. Based in Swindon, this organisation is passionate about the communities it serves, with people, equality and the environment at its forefront. The Role

We're looking for an experience HR Advisor, with a strong interest in Pay and Reward, to join this new created Reward Team within the HR function. With a focus on reducing inequality, this role will focus on ensuring that the workforce receive fair and equal pay that reflects the going market rate for professional skills. This organisation are looking to modernise, review flexible working, benefits, career pathways, and ultimately 'do' Pay and Reward differently, to both attract and retain talent for years to come.

In this role you would become the subject matter expert, providing;

  • Expert advice and support to colleagues and customers, ensuring alignment across the new Reward policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as part of Remco meetings and events to drive change.
  • Apply agreed standards to pay and reward, identify improvements and policy recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Pay benchmarking expertise, keeping up to date with external market and public sector pay.
  • Producing reports and analyse of data linked to Total Reward and Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gaps to help inform wider decision making

To be successful in this role, we're looking for an experienced HR advisor with a real eye for detail and interest in reward and data/hr insights. Experience working in large, complex, public sector organisations would also be advantageous, alongside exposure working with Trade Unions around collective bargaining. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will allow you to partner effectively with stakeholders. We're also looking for someone with a real appetite for learning, as this organisation is extremely committed to the development of their people and allowing the opportunity for someone to grow within this role.
