They need a contract Revit Designer to join their team on an initial 3-month fixed term contract, with the potential to be extended by a further 3 months. You will support them in spearheading the transformation of Google's office space. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to leave your mark on one of the world's leading tech giants.

Responsibilities, but are not limited to

• Work from concept design through to project completion
• Create photorealistic renders in Revit via Enscape (or other external render software) to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Deliver and coordinate detail drawing information throughout design process
• Collaborate with consultants to coordinate drawing information throughout project (incl. structural, MEP and lighting)
• Create detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces using Revit
• Create and edit Revit components for retail fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• Integrate structural and MEP information into Revit model
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design solutions into overall building designs

Experiences required

• Background in Interior Architecture or Architecture design
• Strong understanding of Revit's interface, tools, and workflows
• Knowledge of building systems, materials, finishes, and construction detailing relevant to interior retail spaces
• Own Revit license is desirable, but one can be provided
• Must provide own CAD hardware
