Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to create detailed and accurate 3D models using Revit software.
• Generate and maintain Revit families and templates for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist in the development of design documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all modelling and drafting activities.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP systems into cohesive building designs.
• Participate in project meetings and provide support in addressing design challenges and modifications.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit software with a strong focus on Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• Experience working in the field of building services or related industry.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into building designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to building services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revit modelling for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) concepts and practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
