About the consultancy and vacancy?
Known as one of the area’s best Building Services Design consultancies, this company are looking to complement their team with a Romsey-based, enthusiastic, and versatile Revit MEP Technician – ideally someone with at least 3 years’ experience doing Revit drawings for an MEP consultancy or contractor.
This independent office of 15 people has been established in the area for 20 years and work on an eclectic range of projects locally and nationally. They are known for their quality designs and repeat business which is just one of the reasons why they are seen as consultants of choice for the South of England.
You will be working on projects in sectors such as telecoms, marine, energy, datacentres, leisure, and infrastructure meaning every day is different and you’ll be constantly providing solutions to a range of complex engineering projects. Some of their most exciting and complex projects involve working on airports, dockyards, universities, and historic sites.

With training plans managed on a quarterly basis and annual staff reviews, progression and development are actively encouraged, as well as social events with the close-knit team. - Proficient with Revit and MEP coordination.
- Experience using AutoCAD would be a plus.
- Driving licence and vehicle – rural location which can be difficult to get to via public transport.
- Building Services or BIM related degree.
- Very good written and verbal English and excellent interpersonal skills.
