Totum Partners is pleased to work with a leading law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager to lead a billing, WIP, and credit control team.

The ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead team in Billing & WIP Management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align financial goals.
  • Manage WIP portfolio.
  • Implement strategies to reduce WIP days and enhance cash collection.
  • Coordinate billing requests and collaborate with partners and finance teams.
  • Provide insightful reports to senior leadership.
  • Develop processes for efficiency and client experience.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place.
  • Identify client onboarding roadblocks and action plans.
  • Establish service level agreements and manage service delivery.
  • Monitor WIP balances and support billing challenges.

The ideal Revenue Manager will have:

  • Experience in Management in the finance team
  • Worked within Legal or Professional Services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
