Revenue Finance Analyst

Totum Partners is recruiting a Revenue Finance Analyst for a leading law firm. The Revenue Finance Analyst works as part of the Working Capital Team within the Finance and Accounting Department.

Your ideal Revenue Finance Analyst will be responsible for:

• Manage daily inboxes, respond promptly, and escalate when necessary.

• Attend client meetings, provide data and analysis beforehand.

• Ensure proper matter management and hygiene.

• Conduct regular WIP reviews, drive prompt billing.

• Assist in drafting client communications on billing.

• Collaborate for accurate rate setting.

• Monitor external payments and invoicing.

• Review and reconcile outstanding invoices.

• Manage cash flows and advise stakeholders.

• Update tracking reports to meet budget needs.

• Provide data for annual rate reviews.

• Collaborate for process improvements.

• Assist with audits when needed.

• Provide financial analysis and insights.

• Onboard new clients when possible.

Your ideal Revenue Finance Analyst  will have the following experience:

• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Previous billing experience in a law firm. - essential

• Knowledge of regulatory standards.

• Proficient in computer literacy
