Returns Manager

Location: Chertsey
Salary: £46,000 + Package

Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Returns Manager to join a global logistics service provider operating within the eCommerce space, on a 12-month FTC . The role focuses on managing the returns operations for the UK and Ireland, including B2B Commercial and D2C eCommerce operations. You will be responsible for a team of 4. The Returns Manager will also need to run Returns reports to support business requirements for eCommerce, Technical and Commercial returns, investigating stock movements and related queries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within an eCommerce environment, confident reviewing returns processes to support continuous improvement initiatives. They will also be able to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, LSPs and customers.

This role is working on a 12-Month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the returns operations for the UK and Ireland, including B2B and eCommerce.
* Manage a team of 4 within the returns team.
* Run Returns reports to support business requirements for Ecommerce, Technical and Commercial returns.
* Conduct Stock Management for stock being received as well as managing the stock disposal process.
* Meet with Key Stakeholders and have regular communication with LSPs, ensuring services are being provided within SLAs.
* Respond to and investigate stock movements and return related queries .

Experience:
* Prior experience in a similar role with an eCommerce environment
* Confident reviewing returns processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Able to establish great communication with key stakeholders, LSPs and customers.
* Excellent organisation skills, with great attention to detail
* Able to resolve problems and queries efficiently.
