ROLE: Retoucher & Image Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Retouching:
- Perform high-quality retouching on a range of imagery, including e-commerce photography on models and still-life, and lifestyle photography.
- Enhance the overall quality of the imagery by adjusting colour, tone, and texture in accordance brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Ensure accurate representation of the jewellery items while removing any imperfections or distractions.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house photography studio and creative team to understand project requirements.
- Ensures all imagery is sized correctly to support correct delivery across e-comm pages.
Image management:
- Organise and maintain the brand's portal, management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of retouched imagery.
- Upload final imagery & video content, following established protocols and guide-lines for file naming and organisation.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a retoucher, preferably within the fashion, jewellery, or luxury goods industry shown on a portfolio
- Proficiency in industry-standard retouching software such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
- Strong eye for detail and a meticulous approach to retouching to achieve the highest level of image quality.
- Excellent understanding of colour correction, image manipulation, and compositing techniques.
- Solid knowledge of file formats, resolution, and optimisation for various digital platforms.

Salary & Benefits

- £28-30k
- A dynamic and creative work environment
- Hybrid working model (3days in London)
