An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retentions Advisor to join our busy in-house Sales team.

The Main Purpose of the Role:

To proactively retain clients

Reporting To:

Sales and Marketing Director

Main Duties Include:

1. Make contact with existing clients, via email and telephone, with the primary goal of retaining them.

2. Increase client retention while ensuring customer satisfaction, by building relationships and ensuring excellent communication between the Company and the client.

3. Liaise with other departments to review procedures and client interaction to ensure low levels of client dissatisfaction and complaints

4. Suggest and develop retention strategies that can be used across the client base

5. Utilise effective communication and persuasion skills to address client concerns, offer solutions, and highlight the value of our products and services.

6. Identify opportunities to upsell Company products and services to enhance client satisfaction and Company revenue.

7. Meet and exceed retention targets, contributing directly to the overall growth of active clients for the Company.

8. Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
