Reed is proud to be working with a leading Mortgage and Protection brokerage, who currently has a vacancy for a Retentions Advisor. This will be a full-time permanent position with excellent salary and benefits. They have a friendly team environment and offer fantastic progression opportunities.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent service to existing customers. This will involve outbound calling to review their current insurance policies, highlighting the importance of being appropriately protected.

The role is office-based Monday to Friday, hours are 9am – 5:30pm.

Salary is £24,000 depending on experience, as well as quarterly bonus.

What will you be doing?

• Check in with existing customers to review their insurance policies
• Work with customers who have outstanding payments
• Liaising with panel of Insurance providers
• Frequently updating excel spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and relevant data
• Working towards targets

About you:

• Ideally you will have Insurance/Financial Services experience - though not essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous customer facing experience or working in a similar retentions role would be beneficial
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other 365 applications
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service
• A team player and able to use your own initiative
