RETENTION ADVISOR
Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Retention Customer Service Advisor.
Key duties include:
- Provide 1st line customer support function to all customers
- Progress all renewal enquiries and inputting of renewal contracts
- Progression of all customer enquiries to ensure timely response and achieving internal targets and KPI’s
- Gather customer feedback data and report back to management
Key Skills:
- 5 years minimum customer service experience
- Experience within a retention role would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills and working within a target driven environment
The ideal candidate for this post must have strong customer service or retention skills. Our clients offers fantastic benefits and a basic salary £26,000 - OTE £35,000.
