Job Duties:
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
  • Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
  • Stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Calling local trade businesses to upsell stock
  • Mixing paint to order
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
Experience:

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of retail sales principles and practises
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced retail environment
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Weekend and evening shifts may be required
