Retail Experience & Training Manager
Great opportunity for a brand new role of Retail Experience & Training Manager at a well-known International Consumer Goods brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating core training content, online training platforms, and agreed direction on sales skills that will be applied by 1,000’s of sales professionals across the International business. Working closely with local markets & regional leads to ensure that all training developed is highly effective.
This role is highly visible and influential. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, whilst managing expectations and delivering to agreed outcomes. Close collaboration and relationship building with international markets would be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a best in class on-boarding programme for stores for local markets to adapt.
- Establish an advanced sales skills programme, based on best practice, for use across all international markets.
- In-store experience
- In-store experience (direct-to-consumer)
- Deliver high quality learning strategies to our international teams; build and maintain training content.
- Project management to help set up markets for success.
Qualifications:
- Degree (preferable, not essential) in HR, Training or Retail Management
- Training or L&D experience (HR professional / product trainer / retail manager)
- Culturally astute: we can only be successful if we work in collaboration with the markets
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
