Retail Director

We are recruiting an Automotive Retail Director for a dealer group in Eastern Europe, and interested in engaging with experienced multi site General Managers / Regional / Franchise Directors.

The role will involve managing 8 businesses in total across 4 countries including 6 dealerships and 2 separate aftersales facilities.

All are modern purpose built premises, sales, service and parts and target for 2024 is IRO 5000 new and 5000 used vehicles. Used car growth a focus area so the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this area specifically.

Total headcount is 400 employees across the 4 countries and the group are currently expanding showrooms and premises.

in 2024 there will also be expansion in to 2 other countries as retailers and distributors with new partners.

Remuneration = €140,000 base salary + bonus. Anticipated OTE = €180,000 plus extensive benefits.

Time split = 3 weeks on region and then 4 - 5 days in the UK.

English speaking management teams in all businesses.
