Position: Retail Trainer (Full-time, Monday to Friday)

Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to success? we're recruiting for a Retail Trainer to empower learners working towards core Apprenticeship standard qualifications. This role is pivotal in guiding apprentices to achieve their end point assessment with confidence and competence.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
  • Plan, deliver, and execute workshops with excellence to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive instruction on the knowledge required for the apprenticeship standard.
  • Coach apprentices in leadership skills, offering guidance, support, and accountability.
  • Deliver modules such as Retail Team Leader and ILM with proficiency.
  • Conduct workplace visits to provide coaching and assessment.
  • Support apprentices remotely through virtual learning platforms.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients to enhance learning experiences.
  • Facilitate the development of work performance, self-directed learning, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with apprentices to prepare, agree upon, and review learning plans.
  • Challenge and nurture apprentice skills for optimal performance results.
  • Monitor and report progress towards end-point assessment goals.
  • Proactively address learning or development barriers with innovative solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encourage self-assessment among apprentices.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Prevent regulations.
Requirements:
  • Motivated, persuasive, persistent, and patient individual.
  • Previous Retail Management experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering group learning sessions.
  • Possession of Assessor Award CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33, or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license required.
  • Proficiency in delivering workshops with impact.
  • Strong ability to provide effective feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good administrative skills with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
  • Commitment to regular CPD activities.
