St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.
About the Role:
As a Retail Assistant you will fulfil the day-to-day tasks and activities in our Workbridge Coffee Shop, Garden Centre, Charity Shop and Studio by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge across the different outlets Workbridge provide.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Excellent Customer service skills
- A knowledge of retail with demonstrative experience
- Excellent listening , communication and people skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to organise self and others
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Good planning skills and ability to work to specified timescales
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities appropriately
