Restructuring & Insolvency Associate
Due to growth this leading law firm are now looking for an experienced Associate to join this team in London with a focus on the contentious cases that they have.
Acting for household name clients, this role will involve working on large scale litigation cases, working closely with the Partners and Legal Directors in the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience on litigious insolvency related issues (such as misfeasance claims and antecedent transactions).
The Team/ Role
- This team of skilled national insolvency and restructuring lawyers has a broad range of experience across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring, with particular emphasis on supporting insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders.
- They provide advice to company directors and businesses operating with financial difficulties, providing bespoke and innovative solutions.
As well as specialising in non-contentious insolvency issues, they can also deal with insolvency litigation, acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in recovering funds through the use of corporate and insolvency legislation.
