Rhubarb Recruitment is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor / Bar Supervisor for a stunning fully restored coaching Inn located near Tetbury, Gloucestershire. A destination gastro pub with a handful of wonderful guest rooms, several dining rooms, a bar, and a magnificent Cotswold beer garden. The business is well-established with an excellent reputation and reviews, and all about fresh food, quality ingredients, outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality. Who we need

We are searching for a Restaurant Supervisor / Bar Supervisor to help support the Management team running day-to-day operations of the Bar and Restaurant and you will also take on a share of Duty Manager shifts.

We are looking for candidates with a good track record working as a Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager in high-quality food-led pubs, Inns or Restaurants. You must understand what it means to consistently deliver excellent service standards and be able to help manage all areas of day-to-day operations.

Salary

Salary is paid hourly at £12.50 per hour with a 48-hour-per-week contract (equal to £31,200 per year) plus a share of service charge and a company pension.
