Role Overview: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant’s success. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will elevate our establishment. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless service for our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operations: Efficiently manage daily restaurant activities.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Financials: Monitor sales, costs, and profitability.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards.
  • Quality Control: Uphold our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Presence: Professional demeanour and personal presentation.
  • Passion: Love for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences.
