Restaurant Manager (9pm close)

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a welcoming team, dedicated to serving delicious and authentic food.

Are you passionate about food? Do you enjoy working within a respectful and hard working team? Do you have a hands on approach and lead by example? If so, then this may be the Restaurant Manager role for you.?

The ideal Restaurant Manager will have experience within a restaurant environment, where they have led their teams from the front and helped others to develop their skills.?They will also be an all-round expert when it comes to creating and delivering excellent guest satisfaction.?

Responsibilities

PLANNING & DELIVERING RESULTS

• To work with the General Manager in understanding the P&L and working to maximise sales opportunities without compromising the guest experience,

• To monitor performance across all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service in order to deliver exceptional service to customers.

TEAMWORK & DEVELOPING OTHERS

• To maintain a high quality, motivated and professional team.

• To assist others with their performance through training and development.

• To ensure that the full team, comply with all health and safety and food hygiene legislation.

COMMUNICATION

• To communicate with the kitchen and front of house teams effectively, to achieve the highest possible standards for customers.

• To attend and contribute to, regular team meetings

PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING

• Work effectively under pressure, to deliver a smooth customer experience

• To pay attention to the small details, that help to deliver the highest possible standards.

• To promote best practice within the restaurant and constantly look to improve processes and procedures.
