Tonic are searching for a Restaurant General Manager to help oversee the front of the house in our client's fast-paced, fresh-food restaurant. The company is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all business areas.

What are we looking for from the successful Restaurant General Manager?

  • You will have experience in a quality, fresh food, fast-paced restaurant
  • Previous experience as a manager is essential
  • WSET level two or above is desirable
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career, candidates must see the long-term opportunity of working in this business
