Join our vibrant team at this super 4* as a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences to our guests. Situated in a great location within walking distance of amenities, village life and access to great transport links to the larger town of Fort William. It's a position for a vibrant personality who wants to control the food and beverage scene.

Job Duties:

  • Supervise restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. You'll be ahead of the curve, anticipating what's happening next, looking after your team and making sure your guests needs are exceeded.
  • Train and lead staff members to deliver high-quality service and uphold standards. You'll train them, motivate and look after them in the work day.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and enhance the dining and bar experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
