Our client is a Hotel near Lyndhurst that has recently had an exciting new refurbishment. This Hotel belongs to a group of Hotels based in around the South of England.

What's involved?

As a Restaurant and Bar Manager you will report in to the Operations Manager, and oversee the food and beverage operations on a day to day basis. Other responsibilities will include the recruiting and training of new team members, along with the writing of weekly rota's.
