I am currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Trust Staff Bank (Reed Talent Solutions) to support in vital NHS recruitment. The role can be based in either Leeds or London and will be remotely recruiting Health Care Staff for one of London’s leading NHS Trusts.

At the Staff Bank, we recruit Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Health Care Assistants, AHPs, and Administrative Staff to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, providing a flexible workforce to cover shifts across the whole of Imperial NHS Trust.


This role includes the following key aspects:

• Remotely sourcing and registering candidates

• Conducting interviews

• Managing a pipeline of applicants

• Communicating with candidates, hiring managers, compliance teams, and key stakeholder in Imperial Trust via phone, email, and face to face

• Developing marketing and recruitment strategies

Prior experience in resourcing or recruitment is desirable, but not essential.

This role is full time (8:30am-5pm/9am- 5:30pm - Monday to Friday) and offers a competitive salary of £22,500 with bonus potential of £2,000 per annum.
