Job Description
Primary duties are to support the principal Recruitment Consultants which may include:
- Sourcing and select candidates from various resources
- Identify a variety of skills to match multiple roles - permanent and contract.
- Candidate management - interact with potential candidates and brief them on opportunities
- Communicate with existing candidates regarding new job opportunities
- Advertise roles
- Candidate interviews
- Deal with general enquiries from candidates
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
Attributes:
- Well organised/able to prioritise
- Excellent IT skills to include MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging at senior levels
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
