Resource Coordinator

CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Resource Coordinator to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Resource Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Dispatching and controlling efficient schedules for all engineers
• Ensuring all engineers are logged in to resource management and on target
• Liaising/chasing engineers throughout the day regarding SLA’s
• Updating CRM
• Providing first point of contact for scheduling support
• Assisting with retrieving engineer Service Reports
• Ensuring performance targets are achieved and SLA’s are met

The Resource Coordinator will have:
• Experience of incident-based ticketing systems
• Experience of CRM systems
• Experience of SAP
• Experience of working in an AV / VC technology arena
• Previous Customer Service experience
