Residential Surveyor
First Property Surveys are an independent and successful surveying practice that provide level 1-3 valuations and surveys for our clients throughout South Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, and Shropshire.
Due to our continued success, we have an opportunity for an experienced residential property surveyor to join our team.
The role:
- Remote work (Cheshire, Staffordshire & Shropshire)
- Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
- Permanent employed contract
The successful candidate will have, or be working towards:
- RICS accredited chartered surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
- Experience in residential property surveys and consultancy
- VRS registered
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- UK driving licence
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package:
- On target earnings £55,000 - £75,000
- Car allowance and mileage
- 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and sick pay
- Surveying equipment, laptop and mobile phone
- RICS membership fees
- CPD opportunities
- Regular meetings and social events
