Your new company
You will be working for a national provider of educational and residential services for children with Autism and other social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Although a large company, they prioritise the family feel in each of their sites and create a culture of warmth, towards both employees and young people.
Your new role
You will be working at their large site on the outskirts of Attleborough within one of their residential houses. Your role will be to support the young people in your care and be a positive role model at all times, prioritising their safeguarding.
You will work within a rota pattern consisting of long days/sleeps and shorter afternoon shifts.

What you'll need to succeed
You do not have to have previous experience of Social Care as long as you are passionate about safeguarding young people and providing the best outcomes. Due to the rural location of this site, it is essential that you hold a valid driving licence.
