• Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
• Every other Saturday 9am to 2pm
• Mileage Paid

Salary £24,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £28,000 per annum

Our well established client in Corby are expanding and looking for a first class experienced Sales Negotiator to join them asap.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all the clients and customers.

• Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers.
• You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
• Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement
• Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
• Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Well organized with an attention to detail.
• Driven to succeed.
• Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
• A full driving license.
• Ideally 1 year’s experience in a sales negotiator position.
