Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Chelmsford

PQE: 2+ or an experienced Licensed Conveyancer

Salary: Competitive

My client, a highly reputable and established practice located in Chelmsford, is currently seeking a proficient Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years PQE or be a Licensed Conveyancer, with demonstrated experience in handling various residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. While experience in Commercial property would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.


You will operate within a team-oriented setting, receiving legal support while also having the autonomy to manage your workload independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential property matters.
  • Proven experience in managing individual caseloads.
  • Proficiency in handling New Builds and Complex leaseholds is essential.
