Exciting Opportunity for Residential Property Licensed conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive in Worcester - Leading Legal 100 Firm - 5+ Years PQE - Hybrid Role

I'm thrilled to offer an exclusive outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE to join an esteemed Residential Property team in Worcester.

My Client is seeking an individual with a strong background in Residential Property matters, eager to thrive in this dynamic and ever-expanding field.
Responsibilities:

Independently manage a diverse caseload, encompassing sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds).

Handle lease extensions and auction transactions proficiently.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.

Ensure adherence to all internal and external audits, sharing insights and best practices with team members.

Adhere meticulously to the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrable expertise in residential conveyancing, including proficiency in handling complex aspects of the process.

Sound knowledge of referral arrangements coupled with a keen awareness of compliance issues.

Proven business development acumen.

Proficiency in IT, coupled with an inclination to drive and embrace system development for enhanced efficiency.

Track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients and industry professionals.
