RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER
BEACONSFIELD, BUCKS
£35,000 - £50,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our client in area of Beaconsfield, Bucks with many high value properties.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their established residential team.  You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
  • sales
  • purchase
  • leaseholds
  • freeholds
  • remortgages
  • transfers of equity

This firm is a well-regarded firm, with a genuine feel and great workplace. They're flexible with hybrid working, there is excellent routes to progress and be a big part of the team.

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. Please note if you do not have casehandling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
