JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 4+
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits
THE ROLE:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for a mix of work, including representing buyers and sellers in freehold and leasehold property transactions. Your duties will include reviewing, drafting, and amending contracts, deeds, letters, and reports; completing search submissions and land registry formalities; managing exchange, completion, and post-completion matters; advising on financial management matters such as mortgage redemption and re-mortgage processes; providing advice on residential property transactions for new developments and engaging in secured lending work.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will ideally have between 4 and 5 years’ PQE and be confident and personable with excellent communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and have an appetite for business development.
