Residential Property Solicitor

Our client is highly regarded regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Cambridge

The successful applicant will be handling a broad range of high-net-worth Residential Property work including but not limited to, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, the acquisition, financing and management of residential portfolios and re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Our client is keen to see applications from lawyers between 2 years+ PQE. Candidates should have a strong background within the Residential Property sector, have an aptitude for networking and business development, be personable and able to handle clients in a highly professional manner.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 and an excellent benefits package is on offer including, a long-term hybrid working model.
