Residential Property Solicitor

A brand new exciting opportunity is available with a leading Legal 500 full service law firm.

Role

You will join a residential property team based in the firms brand new Farnborough office. You will work on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.

Candidate

You must have at least 3 years PQE in residential property law and will either be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or qualified Paralegal. Experience in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions would also be useful but is not essential.

The firm are also seeking residential property lawyers with specialisms in development and shared ownership so those with specialist skills are encouraged to apply.

You must have strong technical skills with the ability to run a caseload under minimal supervision.
