This pre-eminent London practice are seeking for a Solicitor for their expanding residential property team.

The Role

The award-winning Residential Property team is now seeking to expand its offering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of interesting and sometimes complex, large-scale matters.

This position is well suited to an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor who has experience dealing with high-value properties, and is looking to thrive within an enthusiastic team.

Requirements & Candidate:

  • The role is best suited for a Junior - Mid Solicitor with 1-5PQE.
  • Your experience should include complex leaseholds, new-builds, remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
  • Team player with a strong client focused approach
