The Role

Through further planned growth, this award winning firm are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer.

As an experienced member of the team, you will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, meanwhile contributing to the networking and marketing efforts; and developing more Junior team members.

This team provide a range of Residential Property services including;

• Sales and Purchases
• Re-mortgages;
• Equity release;
• New build/plots;
• Tenancy agreements;
• Transfer of equity.

This is a sociable role, working in synergy with the wider teams across all offices; not only are they industry leaders, but also very personable individuals.

This opportunity comes with plenty of scope for further progression as part of their growth plan; however, the right individual will need to have some contacts to bring into the firm.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Lawyer with 6 PQE +
