A mid-sized Legal 500 City law firm are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer in their Residential Property team.

Role

This is a part-time permanent role in the firm’s Residential Property team. The team carry out a mixture of high-value residential sales and purchases, lease extensions, sales of high-value new build developments, as well as work for agricultural/landed estates. The team work particularly with prime London properties and clients include high net worth private individuals, offshore companies, investors and landed estates.

You will lead on and drive the team’s know-how and knowledge management and provide support for non-fee earning leal matters as well as contributing to the teams business development efforts.

Candidate

You should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in residential property law and strong proven written skills ideally with prior experience of drafting articles, know-how or bulletins.
