An very exciting opportunity for a residential property paralegal has arisen to join a regional law firm based in Solihull on a full time, office based role which is offering up to 25k!

This firm is very progressive and invests in their staff with a great culture and brilliant offices!

The duties for this role are very varied and would include:

- Progressing your own caseload

- Preparing and closing files

- Issuing draft contracts

- Answering phone calls to assist with queries

- Providing administrative support to solicitors

- Communication between clients

- Submitting applications and other documents for LR

- Typing up legal documents and correspondence

- Drafting bills and statements

- Attending to clients by taking instructions and enquires

The ideal candidate will have previous conveyancing or residential property experience and would ideally speak and write or translate in Polish but is not essential.

You will have great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, good interpersonal skills and a motivated attitude!
