Residential Property Manager

Wembley, Middlesex

£29,500 + Pension

If you have a good customer service experience and would like to develop a career in the world of property then this Residential Property Manager position will be ideal for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with co-ordinating in the letting of residential property in the local area

- Liaising with Landlords and providing advice and guidance on the letting service provided

- Meeting with Landlords to inspect properties and advice on the current rental value

- Selecting responsible, reliable tenants for properties and arranging property viewings

- Showing potential tenants around properties and agreeing rental terms with landlords

- Preparing tenancy agreements, completing inventories and obtaining credit references for tenants
