A long established and highly regarded firm seek to recruit an experienced residential property (Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor) and Conveyancing Executive/ Paralegal to join their busy team in the Chichester area.

The firm are known for their expertise in the areas of Residential and Commercial Property transactions across their multiple locations in West Sussex where they deliver excellent client service to their affluent clientele. Due to a departure and abundance of work there is a need to add additional talent to their team to manage an existing caseload.

The role will see you work on a variety of residential property transactions including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. You will be required to manage a caseload upholding the firms excellent reputation for client care and work with 1-2-1 secretarial support to open around 30 files per month. Supervision of junior members of the team will be required as is taking an active role in promoting and raising the profile of the firm.
