THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen within a highly reputable firm for a driven, committed, hard-working and enthusiastic Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a thriving residential property team. The firm have identified the need for an additional Residential Property Lawyer to join the flourishing residential property department. This leading practice are searching for a candidate who will promote the image of the firm whilst building rapport with clients through networking and establishing solid foundations. Your caseload will include advising clients on all aspects of transactional residential property from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will be able to deal with a varied caseload of residential property matters and have a proven track record of advising on sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and leases. You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with up to 3 years’ experience in Residential Property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of the ever-changing law together with a strong understanding and knowledge of the industry and local property market.
