A rare and unique opportunity for Equity Partnership has become available at a top Legal 500 firm in Reading.

This firm are internationally recognised. Being highly ranked in the Chambers and Legal 500 guides, it is one of the most respected firms in the Thames Valley and working here would be an excellent career move. On top of its notoriety, the firm also boasts excellent working conditions, with flexibility for hybrid working (you will only be required to be in the office for one or two days per week).

The firm rarely advertise for any type of partnership, so the opportunity for Equity is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed. The firm are notoriously profitable and consistently expanding, meaning this is an excellent investment for an experienced residential property lawyer.

The residential property team cover conveyancing and residential development. The team are actively recruiting and currently consists of a director, solicitor, licensed conveyancer and seven paralegals. You will be in charge of the department.

To secure the right candidate, the firm are willing to provide a very competitive salary (drawing) as well as profits pushing your take home to enviable levels. The firm has a strong benefits package, as expected from a firm of this stature, such as 35 days holiday, private medical insurance, car allowance, etc.

To be successful in your application, you will:

- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 8 years experience in residential property (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
- Have managerial experience and be keen to take on a growing department.
- Be a strong leader with an interest in business development.
- Be commercially minded with clear goals.

It is rare to see an opportunity for Equity Partnership to arise; particularly at a firm of this quality. Don't delay in applying and contact Alfie Steadman at Search Legal for any more information. Alternatively, if this is not the role for you then I am keen to talk to residential property lawyers of any experience level about the 100+ active vacancies I am working on.
