Are you a residential property conveyancer craving a better work life balance?

My client have an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional with the ability to manage their own caseload to join their highly regarded team in Haywards Heath.

The firm have an outstanding reputation not only for the quality of the work undertaken but also their supportive environment, here you have the flexibility to work a compacted week if you so desire and have the added benefit of working in a mid sized team, meaning that when you go on holiday your work will be covered! This is a fun place to work with ample social events providing opportunities for team building across their network of offices which includes Brighton.

The role will see you start with a caseload consisting sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties these are often HNW referred from the firms network which extends to London. Your caseload will number approximately 50 pre exchange files and you will aim to complete 10-15 per month with administrative support to open files and with post exchange work and the added benefit of a cutting edge case management system.

In time, you will also have the opportunity to progress into more complex work such as acting for developers, multi site sales, lending work and agricultural properties.

To be successful you will:-

  • Be able to run a caseload of Residential Property files unsupervised
  • Have ambition
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships
  • Work accurately under pressure.
